What’s the difference between an online and an in-person session?

Online, we explore how you move through observation and guided movement over video — wonderfully effective wherever you are. In person, in Dubai, I can also use touch and, where helpful, sports massage, so your body understands the change as it happens. Both leave you with a clear, practical plan.

How do I book, and what if I need to reschedule?

You can book and pay directly on the Consultations page. If something comes up, just let me know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll happily move your session — I’d rather you come when you can be present.

Very often, yes — the work is gentle and always at your own pace, and one-to-one sessions can be shaped entirely around what your body needs right now. Please check with your doctor or midwife first, and tell me beforehand so we can adapt with care.
